You don’t need to have any experience in breathwork or sound healing to take part ✨ Blending conscious connected breathwork, guided meditation, crystal singing bowls and live voice, this Saturday afternoon experience offers a space to release stored tension, regulate your system and reconnect to yourself. Rooted in compassion, integrity and intentional guidance, VYBE Reset supports deep restoration and gentle recalibration — so you leave feeling clear, grounded and quietly renewed.
